Upcoming Movie Trailer: The Inbetweenrs

Ok so as promised this trailer last night but unfortunately Blogger was down so it couldn't be done.  I have a new movie trailer for you now.  The Inbetweeners was a massive comedy TV show over here in the UK running for three years, it went out over in America also and the response must have been noteworthy to make it into a movie, maybe one of my American readers can give me the heads up on that.

The movie should work really well, especially as we already know the characters.  I'M hoping it's not another run at Kevin and Perry Go Large which starred Harry Enfield and Kathy Burke as teenage boys who go to Ibiza on holiday.  The Inbetweeners Movie should be better than this as it's a lot more modern and in line with popular culture among youngsters in the UK, take a look at the trailer below.

Now the trailer looks really promising I hope you agree.  Neil's dance move scene and his motor boating technique look extremely funny.  The holiday resort is Magaluf on the Spanish island of Majorca and the movie will be in cinemas nationwide on August 19th.

Upcoming Movies MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: GHOST PPROTOCOL

It's time for some news on a new movie to look forward to now with the first trailer of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol coming out this week.  We are going to have to wait a while to see the finished version unfortunately as it's not released until December 26th in the UK, that's Boxing Day in case anyone was wondering and it's about time they released a good movie around Christmas as well as all the other movies they put out at that time of year.

The return of the mission Impossible series is highly anticipated and sees the return of main Character Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise), and it is yet another J.J Abrams movie to look forward to this year and was also co produced by Tom Cruise as were the other movies in the franchise.

Most of the main characters are back for this one including Ving Rhames and Tom Wilkinson added into the mix this time is Jeremy Renner who plays Brandt, then you have Josh Holloway from hit TV show Lost he plays Trevor Hanaway and finally British comic come movie star Simon Pegg gets a part as Hunt's gadget guy Benji Dunn.

The plot terrorists decide to bomb the Kremlin causing the US Government to activate "Ghost Protocol".  Ethan Hunt and his Mission Impossible team are blamed for the attack and their office, the IMF is shut down.  The team are allowed to escape to work outside of their agency but are warned if anyone is to capture them then they will be charged as terrorists.  Hunt is then forced to team up with fellow IMF agent Brandt who knows more about Ethan Hunt and his past than what Hunt knows himself.

Now, I don't know what you think but that looks better than the first three movies.  It's been that long since I saw the first one all I can really remember is the big fish tank thing pouring onto the street and the other two movies, well I can remember Tom Cruise spinning 360 on a motorcycle and shooting someone to stop the Chimera virus, and then the third movie I don't remember much about that one at all other than Lawrence Fishburne was in it..

One thing is for sure this installment looks like it will be right up there with the first two movies and will no doubt be a hit worldwide.

Up Coming Movie Trailer Cowboys & Aliens Movie

Now I’m not the world’s biggest fans of Western genre movies, for me I just don’t get it.  What is the story about? Who is he? What is going on?  For that reason I simply don’t watch Westerns of old or new, although when I think about it I probably should watch the newer ones as they tend to get good reviews.

Now I have found a one I will watch Cowboys and Aliens, not quite your conventional Western but it does look good.

Cowboys and Aliens is due in Cinema’s in August 2011 (UK) and has a pretty impressive cast including Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde and Sam Rockwell.

The story is set in 1873 Arizona, the old West.  It concentrates on a town called Absolution, where a gunslinger with no memory of who he is or where he has been roles into town.  The town is run by iron fisted Colonel Dolarhyde (Ford), who does not exactly welcome the stranger with open arms.

The town is attacked by an unknown force and before long the residents soon realise that the mysterious gunslinger is their only chance of defeating the enemy as he slowly starts to remember who he is and where he has been.

Ok it’s not the best story in the world but it does mix things up a bit in the western genre with some sci-fi and action being thrown into the mix.  Check out the trailer below.

Upcoming Movie Trailers: Pirates Of The Caribbean, on Starnger Tides & Blitz

A quick posting for today with two new movie trailers for you to enjoy first up.  We all know that Johnny Depp and his pals are back this year with Pirates Of The Caribben: On Stranger Tides.  The latest trailer for the new Disney 3D epic has just been released with a bit more of an insight as to what the story is about.  In brief Captain Jack Sparrow and Barbossa go in search of the fountain of youth, only to discover that Black Beard and his daughter are also in search of the prize.

Another sneak peak for you now, and it's more of the same from the new Jason Statham movie.  Like his has not kicked enough ass already this year whilst filming the Mechanic.  Statham is back this time as a detective who is on the case of a serial killer who specifically targets police officers.  The trailer alone lets you know what this movie is about, as always an adrenaline fuelled ass kicking orgy.
