TV Review: GEORDIE SHORE: Chaos In Cancun Episode 1, Mexicombe Over anyone?

"Should we just get Pi**ed and see what happens?" - James (Geordie Shore)

Quite satisfied that he has earned his HND in pulling women from Newcastle's university of life Gaz and the rest of the Geordie Shore cast are back with a new challenge, courtesy of MTV and their local boss Anna the self styled Geordie tashing experts have been sent all expenses spared to Cancun, Mexico, there they meet their new err, boss Cancun Chris, an American who introduced himself with the line "there is a special bottle of Tequila on the top shelf, touch it and I will f**k you up" ok, cheers Cancun Chris, but you do realise that you have just given a handful of Geordies very good reason to p*ss you off and drink your prized bottle of Tequila which is capped off with a sombrero. Personally I hate Tequila but as a fellow Geordie and fan of Geordie Shore I'd let my hatred of the dreaded Tequila slip in order to p*ss of Hitler's distant cousin Cancun Chris, it didn't take this guy long to show that he ain't messing around with the antics of anyone in his very expensive villa, breaking the rules and daring to go out were Rebecca and Charlotte who thanks for their efforts were dumped from the villa during this first episode for breaking Chris' "rules". Look Chris, I'm pretty sure they locked the door, but hey at least he called them most people just get dumped by text these days.

For those of you thinking that Geordie Shore would be taking a slight different angle during this third season of Chaos in Cancun, I'd say your guessing wrong. Vicky and Ricky are back in the house all loved up as you'd expect, though I'm sure it won't be long before alcohol lightweight (especially for a Geordie) Ricky will get totally s**t faced, take something Vicky says the wrong way and try to start a fight with someone, which he'll probably loose. Then you have Sophie who is back and loved up with Southern pretty boy Joel (Joey Essex wannabe), who by the way Sophie (if any of you read this) only goes out with you because he wants to be on the telly. Jay is also loved up this season, will he stay faithful to the girl back in Newcastle who has threatened to rip off his balls should he do any Mexican tashing? I actually think Jay will, but certainly wouldn't put my mortgage on it. As for the rest of the cast James, Gaz, Charlotte, Rebecca and Holly, they all remain single however if Holly gets her way she will end up back in bed with James and we all know Charlotte just can't resist Gaz's parsnip.

As you would expect with a bunch of Geordie's who have become immensely famous, they are trendsetter's and whilst in Mexico James has put his creativeness to good use inventing a new hairstyle. During last season James styled the comb over, a hair style which proved rather popular around Newcatle's Diamond Strip especially with the women. Now, it's the Mexi Comb Over, or Mexicomb Over, however you want to spell it (James?). Wasting no time with his new Barnet James and the Shore crew hit the town searching for in James' words "Mexican Muff", landing in Coco Bongo (I believe) Cancun's biggest nightclub, crammed full with 6,500 people James partook of the Ale and merriment on offer doing Vodka shots off some American students breasts, B**tard, that never happens to me but, great work if you can get it my opinion. I actually think James is a pretty cool guy, most of them are but seriously this guy could be a stand up comedian and I look forward to watching him trying to find some "sexico in Mexico".

Charlotte is also very funny, did you catch the bit at the beginning when she pulled the b0ndage (I have to spell that wrong on purpose) gear out the wardrobe in front of her mother? Ha, hilarious, I bet Charlotte has best selling book Fifty Shades of Grey packed for her holiday to Mexico, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if she has the whole series of Mr Grey books with her. Rebecca and Holly trying to find their way? Anyone? North Shields or South Shields? Of course they are in opposite directions Holly, hence North and South. Then, In England we have a roast dinner on Sunday's what do you think Mexicans do? Nachos? Possibly but I doubt it Rebecca.

Review: GEORDIE SHORE Season 2: The Essence of Newcastle

Wetter Than an otters pocket, that's a new one up here in Newcastle, or maybe I'm just not quite hip enough to know about it. Either way I don't really care. Geordie Shore was back again last night with the second episode from it second season (officially), they all went to Magaluf for a couple of specials last summer remember. It was pretty much same old same old for the house mates, getting mortal (extremely drunk) usually to the point where at least one of them is incapable of looking after themselves (classy), would you really be going and getting yourself that drunk? Charlotte? Oh, yeah she did.

Some Charva's


Rebecca still seems to be under some sort of illusion that she is extremely attractive, anyone seen her in real life? Honestly, because on TV she looks terrible, make up applied with a cement trawl. Jay seems to think she is attractive, and that's after he went for Vicky last year, personally I would stick with Vicky. Loved the way James described Rebecca, "she is like a radgy charva's pet rotweiller", I can second that, hope she doesn't come looking for me. What's a charva? take a look at the picture on the right, they are Charva's.

Charlotte left, feel a bit sorry for her actually, although she doesn't half bring it on herself, she went to Gaz's room can't resist that parsnip apparently, 12" parsnip at that. Gaz at lest if only a little did try to tell her no but she wouldn't take that for an answer. Upset, understandably but she has known Gaz for long enough now, he's not interested in a relationship and does not want to be tied to one woman so why does she keep doing it to herself. I'm sure she will be back next week head sorted and all that.

As much as I don't like Rebecca, I do think the new guy in the house Ricci is pretty funny, he has fitted in straight away but seems to have made the mistake that Jay did last year and fallen straight Vicky, she says she is committed to her boyfriend, it really doesn't seem like it and anyway Ricci knows how to treat a girl, right? Get her a kebab, she had butterfly's apparently.

The Big Fight - Gaz v Jay, really no winner was there? Just a bit of drunk pushing and shoving over nothing really. Being drunk Jay thought Gaz had shagged his bird, for once Gaz hadn't shagged anyone and was actually telling his mate the truth, you can't do that to your mates.

Bar's and Nightclubs

Florita's - located on Newcastle's diamond strip, very good club been in their a few times generally around the time that I don't remember to much.

Ohso - A club I have never been in but heard plenty about.

It was Tuesday, so in Newcastle that means it's Coozday, a club night that I have never been to but heard plenty about. It's not a bar it's an event hosted in a bar located within the Gate in Newcastle. It's supposed to be a pretty good night.

Review: GEORDIE SHORE: THE ESSENCE OF NEWCASTLE Episode 1

Is it just me or is Geordie Shore even worse with s.e.x and swearing this year? I mean I wasn't counting or anything but there was a lot, not that I mind of course but I'm just saying. Geordie Shore is back and in the fashion we have come to expect with a couple of new faces for us to talk about, Ricci and Rebecca are the new faces, one didn't speak so much, the other had plenty to say, any guesses?

Yeah, you got it Rebecca, one of Newcastle's biggest mouths clearly put in the mix to wind snake tonged Vicky up, and why not? We all saw her during the first season and in Magaluf Madness, she's crazy. A shame really because Vicky is the most attractive of all the women in there and at times can come across like a girl you would want to introduce to your parents, then, she gets drunk, leary starts to swear and commits adultry (well not quite their not married).

Rebecca "Look at us, I'm classey" just then she rolls off the bed mortal drunk onto her head, yeah real classy. Jay didn't really seem to care to much, can't say I would either. Don't worry though I think the makeup on her face will have cushioned her blow.

Not a lot to go on with the new guy in the house Ricci, seems like he is pretty cool although I think his pursuit of Vicky is going to cause some problems with Jay, especially when the guys are drunk (most of the time then).

Got to hand it to Gaz, just after his lecture from Charlotte's mother they both get drunk half naked in the hot tub and end up in the shag pad/shed, it's a shed that's nicely decorated let's be honest. The shed got plenty of use during this opening episode especially from Gaz as you would expect, just getting his Parsnip back with Charlotte he slopes off the day after with some blonde who just popped to Newcastle for the weekend, hey. That's how we roll up here.

None of the guys in the house got on my nerves this time round, don't get me wrong there is time yet but during this episode I think they were all pretty funny, most notaly James, I could have a pint with this guy. It just seems at times that he does not know where to put himself, that scene where him and Vicky were spray tanning the Roley poly stripper, hilarious.

As far as the girls go, I don't really have much time for new girl Rebecca although she should provide some fireworks, Vicky is growing on me and as far as the other three go I think they are all pretty funny especially when they are being interviewed and or drunk.

Geordie Shore is well and truly back and it seems that this time the behaviour is going to be a lot worse, up here in Newcastle the show gets a mixed reaction from people hating it to people (like me) loving it, I really do find it very amusing some people just take things so seriously, people know well enough that is not how everyone in Newcastle behaves (I hope).

GEORDIE SHORE THE ESSENCE OF NEWCASTLE HAS NOW STARTED CHECK OUT THE LATEST REVIEW HERE.

Geordie Shore is back, not only returning from the sunny beaches of Magaluf to the rainy streets of Newcastle but, they are back on our TV screens come Tuesday January 31st at 10pm.  England’s answer to Jersey Shore will be back in the full swing of Newcastle’s night life, all the original cast apart from Greg (I think as he in not in any of the promotional photo’s) will return (unfortunately) and there will be two new cast members for us to get used to.

First off we have 18 year old Geordie lass Rebecca Walker, feisty and not afraid of an argument apparently.  No doubt put into the mix by producers to wind up poisoned tongue Vicky, should be good fun providing that Vicky does not spit in her face like she did with Jay in Magaluf Madness.  Then we have Ricci Guarnaccio (sounds really Geordie), a bit of an Italian stallion apparently who spends all day in the gym believing that men want to be him and ladies want to be with him, sounds like a right dick in my opinion.

There really is not that much to say other than expect more of the same drinking, shagging, throwing up, tantrums and punch-ups.

Geordie Shore Magaluf Madness Episode 2

Have people lost interest in this show already?  I'm just hazarding a guess as during last weeks episode the viewing figures on this blog went crazy, last night though....Not so much.  In fact not crazy at all.  Whats not to like eight Geordie's in Magaluf getting drunk?  Great TV, right?

Actually last night was probably a bit of a let down from the first episode, funny in parts but pretty much same old same old to the point that I'm struggling to say anything much about it today, don't worry though I'll try and I also have the sound track to last night for you too.

I'll start with Gaz's bank account being re-opened, and no it's not his account at Barclay's.  If you remember from the first series Gaz had a fling pretty much ever other night with Charlotte resulting in him naming her his banker, just in case you forgot what that was here's the gist, a banker is a girl or boy who if you fail to pull anyone else whilst out in town then you go back to them for some banking, get my drift?  So Gaz re-opened his account with Charlotte resulting in male hugging as a celebration and Charlotte in the bathroom crying her eyes out for letting him back in the bank with his parsnip impersonation.

So are they back together?  I guess not as the next day the guys and girls where invited on a booze cruise and Gaz was in the sea frolicking with some half naked lady whilst the already upset Charlotte watched on pretending not to care.  When is she going to realise he just uses her and does not want a relationship?  Second to that they all then got invited to a pool party and Gaz seemed to keep himself pretty busy with another half naked lady, it's safe to say that these two went home on non speaking terms.  One of the girls Gaz did pull looked like Frankie Sandford from the Saturdays, actually she was probably the most impressive one he managed.

James the banger of the year, not!  He managed to get some tashing on done on the booze cruise, unfortunately for him though by the time they got back to the villa he was to tired to do anything and took himself off to bed after kicking the girls out.  James told us he bangs all the time in Newcastle, funny that James I don't remember you doing to much banging during the first series of the show either, do we presume your a bit shy?  Or just a nice guy?  His wing man didn't do much better either Greg left Magaluf with his banging tally at zero also.  I think like Vicky said James may well struggle to pull a muscle.

Same cant be said for Jay though, who seemed to be on a mission to bang every night, with pretty much however many women he could fit in the bed.  Did anyone else notice how wrecked Jay looked during the VT's his eyes were hanging around his cheeks and he could hardly speak, he was either still drunk or tired from all the banging.

Looking after the villa at least one of them was supposed to be staying in all of the time, did they stay in once?  I don't think they did, the bright flashy lights of BCM where to much to resist, speaking of BCM to finish off the post below is a list of the music from last nights show, I think MTV obviously have a deal with some artists or labels as the music was the same as last weeks show.

Geordie Shore Magaluf Madness Episode 1

Finally it's here, it's been a long couple of months without all the tears and tantrums from the guys and girls of the Geordie Shore house.  Back together for this two part special filmed in the holiday resort of Magaluf on the Spanish island of Majorca Jay, Greg, Gaz, James, Vicky, Charlotte, Sophie and Holly will be getting mortal, on it like a car bonnet and in there like swimwear for a two week holiday in Europe's party capital and here for you now is the low down on the first episode.  First things first though did you remember to check out the preview?  No.  Then click HERE to view it, remember at the bottom of this post is the tack listing from last nights show.

First off I'm going to have a little dig, not at women just some of them when they are driving, don't get me wrong here I certainly don't mind my lady friend driving especially when she is picking me up from the pub but, would you let your lady friend drive whilst on holiday when she has to drive on the other side of the road.  Gaz looked genuinely concerned that Charlotte who was driving at the time was getting a little to close to come of the road furniture, they were arguing before they even got to the Villa.

Speaking of the Villa, that's a pretty nice pad especially when it's free.  I'm going to Majorca myself next year and I have paid a lot more than free for accommodation that is no where near as nice as that, right on the Marina in the centre of Magaluf with one of those eternity pools which looks like they go on into the sea, I so want to be in Geordie Shore.

We have been introduced to a completely different Vicky from the one we saw in the house a couple of months back, she was a raving loony for want of a better word, the raving usually directed towards her on/off ergh boyfriend Jay who couldn't help but have a bit tash on with other girls.  Vicky seems at least for now to have mellowed a little though and is making it her business to have a holiday with no arguments, we'll see!

Did you see them knockers, no I'm not talking about the one on the door to the mansion or the knockers a plenty that where hanging about during the wet T-shirt competition at nightclub BCM, I am of course talking about Holly, you may remember she was the one with the boyfriend who she dumped on the last episode of the first series, have they grown or is it just her new red non Amy Winehouse looking hairstyle that is pushing them into my eye line a little more, who cares right?  Get a look.  Holly and James may well be banging in this series as she so delecatly put it during this episode.

James of course struggles to pull, both him and Greg at least admitted last night the reason for this, which is they like a classier bird, you know the type right?  The ones who don't dance on tables and bars with little to no clothes on, that kind of girl, refined I would say.  I laughed when Gaz and Greg offered to stay in to look after the house (someone has to do that every night remember), James was like I feel obliged to bring back three girls tonight so Greg and Gaz aren't left out, yeah I think you will struggle with that James you haven't even managed to pull one girl yet never mind three, at least you have Holly to fall back on though, she has been dreaming about you.

Didn't take Vicky to long to get those claws out did it, Jay being Jay pulled a couple of sisters and decided the shag pad back at the mansion should be put to good effect with both sisters and him in one bed, that would be the bed Vicky was lying in at the time which she wilfully gave up for Jay, whilst telling all of us he had pulled a mobility scooter bird, described by her as a girl who is good to ride but, you really wouldn't want to be seen in public with one, ha.  That's funny not so sure about the verdict on the girls though.

It was a great welcome back for us all to Geordie Shore who found their fame exceeded them when the were recognised in every bar and nightclub they entered, VIP was the only option and the gang now find themselves as celebrities.  I don't know about you but I can't wait for next weeks episode and surely there will be an official second series, maybe they could go to Jersey and live with the Jersey Shore house mates.  One last thing, being in Majorca the soundtrack was amazing last night below is a list off all the songs used in last nights episode, I will do the same for next weeks review.  All of the links on the songs take you to another post on this blog with a link to the video, enjoy.

Geordie Shore Heads For Magaluf

I warned you didn’t I if you wanted to keep up with all the latest Geordie Shore news you should follow my blog.  What have we all been doing with ourselves the last couple of months on a Tuesday night with no Geordie Shore?  Watching something else I guess.

Can’t wait any longer for your fix? No.  Then good news Greg, Jay, Gaz, James, Charlotte, Vicky, Holly and Sophie will be back on our screens on 23^rd August 2011.  Geordie Shore Magaluf Madness will be a two part special the second episode will be on 30^th August, both will be on MTV at 10pm.

The will no doubt be loads of tashing and tantrums, they will literally be in there like swimwear, or getting on it like a car bonnet.

Will Vicky and Jay finally get it on? Will Charlotte finally realise Gaz just uses her? (doubt it), how many people will Holly fall out with?  And finally will Greg or James ever pull?  Well as you know anything is possible in Shagaluf.

Geordie Shore Episode 6

Well that's it, at least for now anyway.  No more Geordie Shore for us to feast on every Tuesday night but don't worry they will be back!  The series finale showed Tuesday gone and went out on a real high with the usual tantrums, well usually drunken tantrums.  I apologize for the late post on it this week I've been a little busy and only managed to catch up last night.

I actually thought that Jay and Vikki were going to get together after this show, as you know they have been tashing palls all along.  Last week we saw them split up their room and go their separate ways, only to be back together again within a few hours.  I think Tuesdays final antics has well and truly finished the two of them, and to be honest I don't think they will even be going anywhere near to each other when it comes to the summer special, yes that's right there is going to be a summer special filmed in Magaluf, Majorca from what I've heard.

Holly is still in the house, and once again no one really seems to care that much, if I were her I probably wouldn't bother going to Majorca the guys clearly are not interested wither way.  In the final episode of the series she sat moping most of the time,  There is really nothing more to say than that other than she is not even a Geordie.

Sophie just got on with things as normal, that usually includes her getting drunk to the point that she can't stand up or make it to the bathroom, I know what your thinking! classy bird right?  Actually I don't mind her she seems to be a little more level headed than the other girls.

Greg and James have been pretty quiet really neither have done much in the bedroom department, although outside the show I'm pretty sure they have a notch or two on the bed post, again with these two there is nothing really to report.  They go out get drunk have a good time, proper Geordie's.

Now last but not least Charlotte and Gaz the two that have been hot and cold all series with Charlotte failing to realise that she is a banker, that's banker not the W version.  That basically means that if Gaz fails to pull any other girls whilst out on the town then he will go back to the Geordie Shore house and have Charlotte, last week she claimed to have "cleaned his pipe" again classy bird, right?  I'm sure I don't really need to go into details on what she was referring to.  They ended the show with what looked like Gaz admitting defeat and agreeing with Charlotte that maybe they could be an item, maybe they could share a room in Magaluf.

Geordie Shore Episode 5

It's the start of another week in the Geordie Shore house and guess what....Holly is back, I know who cares right?  Not any of the lads in the house that's for sure and Vicky who has moved out of tashing pal Jay's bedroom is reluctant to give Holly her bed back in the girls room.

Let's talk about Holly first and her very understanding boyfriend, this guy genuinely seems to be  decent, maybe someone could tell me what he is doing with a beefed up version of Amy Winehouse to start with.  Anyway he got a call from an extremely drunk Holly last night "just finish is will ya" "ya deserve better man", yes Holly he does and everyone bar him can see it, including yourself even when you are drunk.  She did eventually manage to pluck up the courage to kind of dump him by the end of the night but I'm sure he is not totally off the scene.



Tashing on Vicky and Jay

We thought last week that Jay and Vicky were getting back together, after Vicky was going to leave because everyone was talking about her.  She ended up in Jay's bed no tashing just a spoon, however Jay informed her this week that was as far as things were going and he still wanted the "we can tash with anyone else" rule applied.  Psycho, ergh sorry Vicky was not to pleased with that decision but found a quick remedy with plenty of tash in TupTup Palace, I'm sure this was some sort of attempt to make Jay jealous which didn't really work, he couldn't have given a toss if the truth be known.

What a banker!

Charlotte and Gaz now, and from the off Gaz has made it clear all Charlotte is to him is a banker, not the kind that works in Barclay's.  She is simply Gaz's fall back for the nights entertainment should he not manage to pull anyone else is Newcastle.  Charlotte does not really seem to have grasped this yet and thinks Gaz is in love with her.  Reality check Charlotte he's not and the more you and him keep forking (that's Charlotte's word for ergh, you know) the more you play into his hands or Parsnip as the case may be.

As far as the rest go it was a pretty quiet one.  Greg got into a massive argument with Vicky, and Sophie was crawling around on the floor again trying to find the bathroom as James held back her hair, classy.

Well next week will be the last week of Geordie Shore, rumour has it there will be a summer special filmed in Magaluf, so we all have that to look forward to and I'm sure due to it's success it will be back for a second series either later this year or summer of next, maybe even a Christmas special.  Leave your comments and let me know what you think.  In the mean time I'll keep you posted.

Geordie Shore Episode 4

A little trivia for you now, this week saw the 4th episode of MTV's hit show Geordie Shore.  Naturally I can not comment on the show until I've seen it, right?  By the time I log in to write the latest update my pageviews have gone through the roof, thanks largely no doubt to the show.  Now on with week 4.


Jay and Vicky, they love each other really!

 Jay, oooohhhhhhh Jay I did try to warn you last week. That Vicky lass is a propa certified nuta, as we say up here in the Toon like.  I am of course referring to Jay's love interest who to be honest has a very hot headed attitude towards, well.  Pretty much anything really.  Last nights episode was the first full one where they were not supposed to be "tashing" on with other people, it seemed to be working fine and nothing happened really just Vicky talking to people (other guys) not tashing, holding hands maybe and being a little flirty.  Ok so Jay is probably being a bit possessive there but at least he tried to explain himself rationally.  Vicky not so much, I think looking at the end of the last nights episode that they are pretty much going to be more of an item in the next show than they originally were at the start of this one.

Vicky did threaten to leave the house a little later on but, luckily was talked around by Jay.  I know she can be a bit moody but the house would be a pretty boring place without her, end of the day you would rather see Vicky than Holly.

I am really starting to like Jay to be honest, no not in that way.  I think he is a pretty cool guy I could go for a pint with him,  he seems pretty down to earth and a decent guy that you could have a good crack with.  In fact I would go as far as to say that any of the lads in the house would be welcome in the company of me and my mates, it would be a laugh.

I heard on Facebook Sunday gone that Greg was at Morpeth fair, a fair that I would normally attend and have a few beers.  I could not get there this year but I put it out to the Geordie Shore guys and girls come a little more to the coast from Morpeth to a place famed for it's social clubs and have a drink there (any guesses?), it's a good night honest.

Holly left last week as we know, who cares?  No one apparently no one had even noticed she had gone, mind you if I was that pissed I don't think I would have noticed either.  The one person who may have given a toss was Charlotte who Holly left a note for on her pillow.  That ended up not working out so well as Charlotte was pretty busy in the shag pad that night and didn't get the message, when she eventually did get the note she was in tears, still though no one else really seemed to care that much.

Sick of all the arguing in the house James and Greg decided to go for a few drinks on their own, in order that James could prove to Greg that he is the sex machine we have been hearing about.  That did not work out to well they again started in Spy bar, Jesmond (great bar), they did not pick the best night to venture out in Newcastle the Footie was on so the clientele was mainly guys, no pulling that night then guys.  They did manage to take something home.  A Pizza.

It all kicked off when the girls got dates and took them to Tup Tup Palace, I love that place.  Aong with Gaz's bit, ergh don't remember her name.  No surprise that it was Vicky doing the kicking off, with the other girls this time believing they had been talking about her behind her back, not the case?  Well maybe a little but not that much.

Next weeks preview and it all looks like happy families again as Holly moves back in, never mind eh.  I'll be back then to provide you with the latest.  Before that I have the review of Unknown starring Liam Neeson coming for you tomorrow, catch ya then.

Geordie Shore Episode 3

Back to the shore this week and plenty going on as you would imagine, first off I get a lot of people asking if I know where the Geordie Shore house is, no.  That would be the short answer.  If I had to hazard a guess though I would say Jesmond, week three saw Jay and Vicky in "Spy" alone, which is a bar in Jesmond, just a thought.

Since I have mentioned them already we will start with them, it has been obvious for the last couple of weeks that Jay and Vicky fancy each other but, they do like to tash on with other people, usually making the other rather jealous.  Two things were confirmed last night 1.  Jay and Vicky will not be tashing on with other people, just each other.  2.  Vicky is nuts, certified loony bunny boiler territory, if I were Jay I would strictly limit the tashing.

"He's popped me brain oot me skull", that was Charlotte of course describing her night in bed with Gaz, referring to his Sky remote looking manhood.  Gaz wasted no time in showing it off to the rest of the girls in the second episode, he now has them referring to it as either looking like a Parsnip or similar in size to their forearms.  That did not leave Charlotte light on her feet the morning after, she was hobbling round the house like John Wayne.  Good going Gaz.

Holly's very understanding boyfriend decided that he would pop around on the latest episode.  Holly decided this would be a good time to confess she had kissed someone else the night before, which went in hand with refreshing his memory that she had "ergh" kissed Gaz on the first night in the house.  Gaz happened to be out at the time but came back right in the middle of it.  For whatever reason Holly's boyfriend did not really fancy his chances and decided just to shake his hand, I'm sure whilst muttering under his breath something something similar to "TWAP".

Party time last night also as it was Jay's birthday, VIP style in Tup Tup Palace.  I can personally confirm that this is one of the best nightclubs in Newcastle.  Last time I was there was a stag doo, it just so happened there was a cat walk underwear modelling show on.  £4 a bottle of Peroni seemed very reasonable at the time.

Geordie Shore Episode 2

Ok so I was really ready to give this show a shocking review this week, as you know I caught it late.  What with BGT on for two hours every night it has been hard to keep up, not that I'm complaining.  If you have read my Britain's Got Talent post from earlier then you will know I' getting bored with it, without doubt the funniest thing about the show is Michael McIntyre. 

Last week I watched the first episode of Geordie Shore and thought like a lot of people did,  what on earth is this tripe, right?  wrong.  I watched it again this week as promised and I have to be honest I laughed my ass of for an hour,  in the first review I gave it a bit of a kicking probably because I couldn't believe what I was seeing.  This week I have changed my opinion, as you have probably guessed and I think this might be my new favourite show, don't ask me why.  Maybe I just like trashy TV, who knows?

It's obvious now that Jay and Vicky are going to become an item, they clearly fancy each other and Jay has managed not to sleep with anyone else yet.  he did "Tash On" as they say with some bird this week but, Vicky seemed to let him off or at least that's how hit looked with the two of them in bed together.  Lucky Git.

Now to Gaz and Charlotte, I said last week that Gaz was keeping Charlotte back for himself.  If he does not manage to pull whilst out in Newcastle, he will take Charlotte back at the house.  She knew that is how he felt and has been managing to fight off his advances, well at least until he took of his pants to reveal that he is hung like a horse, he compared it last week to a Sky remote, if it does look like a Sky remote Gaz then I would be getting that looked at. 

Greg and the lads decided on a dinner party for some girls they had met last week whilst out.  Mr smooth rang them to arrange for them to come to the Geordie Shore house for some dinner and tashing on.  That went well and the girls at the house who at first were not bothered, seemed pretty mad later on in the night, threatening to chin one of the girls for coming upstairs, to be fair the invited girls were a bit crazy.

Holly the one with the boyfriend, sorry that should be very trusting and understanding boyfriend.  invited him round this week as she was missing him, aargh int that nice like.  She confessed that she had kissed someone on the first night in the house, well Holly if that is what you constitute as kissing then a large group of my friends would very much like to meet you.  And one I forgot to mention Sophie she got laid, and then her dad decided to pop round the next morning whilst the guy was still in her bed, I don't think he knew.  Well he will now, never mind.

That's all the latest from the Shore, I think I will defiantly be watching every week now.  Since Britain's Got Talent is getting so boring these days Geordie Shore for me has got to be one of the best shows on TV.  Now I have not banged on about this for at least two posts so I'll mention it now.  If you are not following me on Twitter, Facebook or subscribing to the feed then get on it.  I promise you won't be disappointed.

I know I had promised you a review of Just Go With it today but, I have just managed to catch up with the latest TV show from my area.  I will get round to the review Saturday hopefully as I could not go without saying a few words about this.

This week saw the premier of MTV's latest show Geordie Shore.  England's answer to Jersey Shore a show which I have not seen so I can't compare.  The shore and its cast have had some pretty big pimping thanks to MTV and it has opened to record ratings for the first episode.  Now as a Geordie myself I can't speak for everyone but there has been some uproar over here on local radio calling for the show to be cancelled as it sheds such a bad light on Newcastle.

I watched the show and have to say I agree with the local radio, it does not shed at least in the first episode a very good light on Newcastle.  If you have not seen the show then basically there are 4 girls and 4 guys sent to live in a house and be like millionaires for the weekend.

Now the guys are not exactly my cup of tea, they are all gym boys and just a little full of their selves for my liking, with the exception of one I might add Greg a Plumber not a Gym boy and to be honest he seems pretty down to earth doing what most single guys would on a night out.  The other Guys Gary, James and Jay are the gym boys and tell a tale that this is what a Geordie should be like pumped up to the hilts and fake tanned or a sunbed worshipper, this is very different from the Geordie's that I know.

The girls again a little full of themselves attractive, no not really with the exception of Vicky.  She works in a call centre for Sky television and seems like a pretty nice girl.  Next up it is Holly the only girls in the house who has a boyfriend, although that is a little hard to believe following her behaviour in the first episode, she has hair extensions which to be honest look like she has borrowed from Amy Winehouse.  The other girls in the house well, you have Charlotte a little bit of a cutie who Gary already has his eye on and then you have Sophie the party animal mortal drunk within hours of being in the house and throwing up on the bathroom floor, classy.
